Stacy V Cole, D.D.S
Born in Abilene, Texas, Dr. Cole spent his elementary school years in the west Texas town of Snyder. His family moved to Fort Worth, Texas when he was in the sixth grade. Other than college at Baylor University in Waco, National Guard active duty in Fort Knox, Kentucky and Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, he has lived in Fort Worth ever since.
Dr. Cole’s wife since 1975, Pat B., also a Baylor graduate, works in the office as a massage therapist, seeing patients who need relief from head and neck pain and associated structural issues. She is trained in cranio-sacral techniques as well as many other modalities.
The Cole’s have had the great joy to see their two children, Audrey and South, grow up into extraordinary young adults. They feel blessed by their presence in Fort Worth and even more so with four grandchildren. Dr. and Mrs. Cole attend Christ Chapel Bible Church in Fort Worth where they are active in a community group and Bible studies.
Dr. Cole promotes a culture of continual improvement, both professionally and personally. He is passionate about reading, studying, independent research and attending workshops to continually learn more about natural healthcare and new technologies. Dr. Cole is active in the holistic healthcare scene and frequently speaks to groups in the community and nationally about dental awareness from the holistic perspective.
Dr. Cole strives for the lifestyle he encourages for his patients. He stays fit with kettlebells and some sprinting and continues to study nutrition. He formerly volunteered as a team dentist for the athletes at Baylor, and remains innovative in a quest to improve the body’s ability to move, breath, sleep well and thrive.
Professionally, he is a member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Associations and the Fort Worth District Dental Society. He is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, a Fellow and former board member of the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain, a Diplomate of the American Academy of Pain Management and a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine. He also has been Board Certified as a Naturopathic Physician. He has been a perennial selection as a Super Dentist by the publishers of Texas Monthly. Dr. Cole has well over 3,500 credit hours of continuing education and continues to learn, teach, write articles and pursue inventive ways to address difficult cases with optimum aesthetics and health.
Dr. Michael D. Shelby, DMD
Dr. Michael Shelby grew up in Lewistown, Montana and comes from a family of dentists. His father is still practicing dentistry in Montana and his brother is a Periodontist. He received his undergraduate in Biology from the University of Montana and received his dental education from Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale Florida in 2004. Dr. Shelby practiced dentistry in Northern Montana for nearly 10 years where he provided modern dentistry to a large area. In 2013 Dr. Shelby, his wife Kathleen along with their four daughters moved to Texas. Exercise and diet are very important to the Shelby family and they enjoy numerous activities together that promote a healthy body. He is a firm believer in our whole body approach to dentistry and enjoys spending time with each patient educating them on prevention and their treatment options available. Along with being SMART certified through the IAOMT, he is also a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He truly values a great relationship with his patients and the community. Dr. Shelby continues to stay up with all the new technology and advances in the field of dentistry.
Pat
Dr. Cole’s wife, Pat, sees babies, children and adults with head, neck and myofascial (chronic facial pain / tightness) issues. She has been a massage therapist since 1997, specializing in craniosacral therapy. She is well versed with neuromuscular, trigger point, lymphatic drainage and myofascial release techniques as well. When she isn’t seeing patients, she helps make sure things are running seamlessly. Pat’s favorite pastime outside the office is spending time with her four precious grandbabies: reading, playing and especially teaching them about nature. She loves traveling with Dr. Cole in the Cole’s Airstream and birding, kayaking, hiking and fishing. Pat is a true environmentalist and is passionate about helping others.
Teri
Teri has been working in Dr. Cole’s office since January 1998. She has been a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) since 1978 and is also a Certified TMJ Assistant (CTA). She has a passion to know the patients as well as their teeth, and she remembers not only your dental health but also the names of your pets and children! She is an excellent educator and health advocate for Clear Fork Dental. Once you have been in Teri’s chair it will be evident that she is the resident cowgirl. She loves all things country western! Teri has long been in charge of Clear Fork Dental’s prize-winning bulletin boards. Ask to see the photo album displaying the incredible boards from past years or photos of the birthday parties she’s designed. On weekends she leads the praise and worship team at her church in Cleburne, Three Nails Cowboy Church, and enjoys rodeos. She lives just outside Cleburne, with a menagerie that includes her dog, shep, one rescue cat, Annie (as in Little Orphan Annie), as well as a mama cat and her five kittens.
Haleigh
Haleigh has been in the dental field since 2016 and became a registered dental hygienist in 2020. She began her career as a pediatric dental assistant, where she developed a love for patient care, and later found her home in general dentistry.
Since joining our team, Haleigh has been passionate about providing thorough, gentle care while ensuring her patients feel comfortable and at ease. Her goal is to make dental visits something to look forward to—helping each patient feel confident in their smile and overall oral health.
Outside the office, Haleigh enjoys spending time with her husband, Kevin, and their son, Reign. Together, they love spending time outdoors, taking their dog Dexter on hikes, and traveling with family and friends whenever they can.
Chris
Chris graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at Tarrant County College in 2020 and joined ClearFork Healthy Dental Care in June 2024. He has been in the dental field since 2016 and brings a passion for patient education—working one-on-one to help patients improve their oral hygiene habits and maintain long-term health.
Outside of the office, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife Madison and their two children, Truitt and Tilly. Their family life is centered on their faith and following the Lord and King Jesus. Chris loves taking Madison out for hotpot dates, drawing, and diving into all things creative—from board games and tabletop RPGs like Dungeons & Dragons to video games. He’s always up for a conversation about conspiracies or the supernatural—just ask!
Roxanne
With over 25 years of experience in the dental field, Roxanne brings a wealth of expertise and a warm, friendly presence to our team. Since joining Clear Fork Healthy Dental Care in 2024, she has been dedicated to helping patients feel at ease and confident in their care.
As a Registered Dental Assistant, Roxanne is passionate about improving patients’ oral health and helping them achieve beautiful, healthy smiles. She especially enjoys getting to know each patient and building lasting relationships built on trust and compassion.
When she’s not in the office, Roxanne loves spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoys traveling and making new memories with her family.
Yessenia
Yessenia has been in the dental field for five years and joined Clear Fork Healthy Dental Care in 2023. As a Registered Dental Assistant, she brings a passion for helping people feel better and believes a healthy smile can change everything. Her favorite part of dentistry is seeing the confidence and comfort that comes from quality care.
Outside of the office, Yessenia enjoys spending time with her family and friends and hitting the gym to stay active and energized.
Monica
With over 25 years of experience in the dental field, Monica brings a deep passion for patient care and a commitment to excellence in all she does. Her dedication to creating positive dental experiences and fostering a warm, welcoming environment is felt by every patient she meets. Monica’s extensive dental training and genuine compassion make her an invaluable part of our team.
Outside the office, Monica is an avid animal lover who spends much of her free time rescuing and rehoming feral cats. She also enjoys gardening, pursuing her hobbies, and spending quality time with her family. Inspired by her faith and those around her, Monica lives by the verse: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” – Philippians 4:13.
Melissa
Melissa has been in the dental field since 2011 and joined the Clear Fork Healthy Dental Care team in 2018. With experience both at the front desk and chairside, she brings a well-rounded understanding of patient care and a warm, welcoming presence to our office.
She loves getting to know new people and finds fulfillment in helping patients feel more confident—one smile at a time. Whether assisting with treatment or coordinating care, Melissa is dedicated to making each patient’s experience as smooth and comfortable as possible.
Outside of work, Melissa stays busy with her three children and enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and making lasting memories with her family.
Candace
Candace began her career in the dental field in 2012 and became part of the Clear Fork Healthy Dental Care team in February 2022. With her warm personality and genuine care for others, she takes pride in making every patient feel welcomed, valued, and at ease from the moment they walk through our doors.
Candace is passionate about building meaningful connections with patients and helping create a positive, comfortable experience at every visit.
Outside the office, Candace enjoys staying active with CrossFit, traveling, and spending quality time with her family. She especially loves going on adventures with her husband and their beloved fur baby.

Lindsey
Lindsey is certified in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Swedish, Headache and Pre-Natal massage. She is from south Fort Worth and has been a Massage Therapist since 2008. She loves helping people with chronic pain from old injuries or posture imbalances. Helping the body in the healing process of new injuries or just helping reduce stress and anxiety with a relaxing massage. Her goal as a massage therapist is to help the body’s natural healing process in any way, so she can help people feel their best. Her and her fiancé Jeff have two children, Cole and Anna. In her spare time she likes to read, loves nature and will continue her education in Bodywork.
